Prerequisites
AI agent limits
Each plan includes a specific number of AI agents. Audit Flow includes 0 agents (manual review only). Business Pro includes 2, Business Max includes 5, Industry Pro includes 8, Industry Max includes 15, Enterprise Pro includes 25, Enterprise Max includes 50, and Franchise plans include 50-100 agents.
ARU allowances
Each plan includes a monthly ARU allowance. Audit Flow includes 0 ARUs (no recovery execution). Business Pro includes 750, Business Max includes 2,000, Industry Pro includes 4,000, Industry Max includes 10,000, Enterprise Pro includes 20,000, Enterprise Max includes 40,000, and Franchise plans include 50,000-75,000 ARUs.
Recovery fee percentages
Each plan has a recovery fee percentage charged on confirmed recovered revenue. Business plans charge 3%, Industry plans charge 6%, Enterprise plans charge 9%, and Franchise plans charge 12%. Audit Flow charges 0% (no recovery execution). Fees are only charged on actual recovered revenue, not on estimates.
Audit Flow limitation
The Audit Flow plan includes 0 AI agents and 0 ARUs. It provides assessment, basic detection scanning, and monthly reports, but does not include recovery execution. To execute recovery actions, you need Business Pro or higher.
Important Notes
- ARU allowances refresh at the start of each billing period.
- Recovery fees are only charged on confirmed recovered revenue, not on estimates or failed attempts.
Troubleshooting
I have the Audit Flow plan and cannot execute recovery
Audit Flow does not include recovery execution (0 ARUs). Upgrade to Business Pro or higher to unlock recovery actions.
