  • Recognize the difference between detection and recovery
1

What Recoupant does

Recoupant is an AI-powered revenue recovery platform. It scans your connected business data to detect potential revenue leakage — failed payments, unpaid invoices, abandoned carts, billing discrepancies, and other patterns that may represent recoverable revenue. When you authorize an action, Recoupant initiates a recovery attempt on your behalf.

2

How the platform is organized

Recoupant has two main areas: the public site (assessment, pricing, knowledge center, and now the Learning Center) and the customer portal (dashboard, recovery, reports, billing, integrations, AI agents, and support). After you subscribe, you gain access to the portal where recovery workflows live.

3

Detection vs. recovery

Recoupant detects potential revenue leakage, but detection is not recovery. The scanner finds patterns that may represent recoverable revenue. You review and authorize each opportunity before any action is taken. A completed recovery attempt — whether successful or unsuccessful — is what consumes an ARU. Scanning, analysis, and AI chat do not consume ARUs.

Important Notes

  • All recovery figures shown in Recoupant are estimates based on detected patterns, not guarantees of recovered revenue.
  • You can explore the public site, take the free assessment, and browse the Knowledge Center without an account.
